Role Overview
As Manager, Partner Management you will be the primary business owner for Coinbase’s card issuing partnerships. You will design commercial frameworks, align product roadmaps with partner capabilities, coordinate legal and compliance reviews, and lead cross-functional launch plans that include marketing activation and operations readiness. This role requires a strategic mindset to prioritize opportunities and an operational focus to ensure programs deliver on acquisition, engagement and retention metrics. You will also represent Coinbase to partners and external stakeholders, building long-term commercial relationships that unlock growth.

- Own strategy and execution for assigned card issuing partnerships — from negotiation to full-scale operations.
