This role combines deep technical expertise with project management excellence and customer relationship skills to deliver exceptional professional services engagements.
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the planning, architecture, coordination, and management of professional services engagements from initial scoping through successful delivery and beyond. You'll work closely with customers to understand their unique business challenges, design tailored solutions, and ensure flawless implementation of Veeam's data resilience technologies.
