About the Role – QA Engineer
We’re looking for an experienced QA Engineer to ensure the highest quality in our products and customer experience. This role is central to building trust and scalability in Deel’s platform.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to product discovery and delivery cycles
- Work with cross-functional teams on features, APIs, and scalability improvements
- Implement and test new functionalities
- Participate in on-call rotations
- Ensure seamless customer experiences in subscription, tenant, and customer management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA Engineering experience
- Solid knowledge of QA processes & methodologies (STD, STP)
- Experience with Jira or similar tools
- Strong SQL query skills
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Familiar with Mocha/Jest or similar test runners
- Hands-on with Playwright/Cypress
- Experience testing APIs (Axios, Got, Postman, etc.)
- Understanding of CI/CD processes
