Job Summary
The Recruitment Administrator provides essential support to corporate recruiters in a high-volume environment within an assigned business unit. This role involves managing recruitment processes, coordinating interviews, and ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance through applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support corporate recruiters throughout the recruitment lifecycle for assigned business units.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews; manage calendars for recruiters and hiring managers.
- Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Perform audits on recruitment data in HRIS and applicant tracking systems, making corrections as needed.
- Coordinate candidate pre-employment checks, collaborating with third-party vendors for timely status updates.
- Handle new hire processes, including generating offer letters, delivering them, and following up to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Post job openings internally and externally across relevant platforms.
- Respond promptly to recruitment-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, escalating issues as appropriate.
- Maintain recruitment records, including applications and background check authorizations, in accordance with company retention policies.
- Produce and prepare regular MIS reports related to interviews and recruitment drives.
- Manage hiring drives, track progress, and support high-volume recruitment campaigns.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum qualification: Any graduation degree.
- Experience: 0.6 to 2 years in recruitment administration or related HR role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially intermediate Excel skills.
- Experience with enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Energetic self-starter with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of urgency and work ethic.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
