Joining Circle: Our Mission and Values
🚀A Global, Remote-First Community Builder
About Us: The All-in-One Platform 🌐
Circle is revolutionizing the creator economy by building the world’s leading all-in-one platform for online communities. We empower creators, coaches, educators, and businesses to consolidate their audience activities — including **engaging discussions, live streams, events, chat, courses, and payments** — all seamlessly integrated under their own brand.
We are a thriving, fully remote company with a team of approximately 200 members (and growing) spanning over 30 countries. We value high expectations and accountability over tracking hours, fostering a highly async environment with a strong emphasis on documentation and cross-time zone collaboration.
To foster connection and camaraderie, the entire company gathers twice a year for memorable off-sites in beautiful locations worldwide. Past destinations include Turkey, Portugal, Mexico, Thailand, Colombia, Italy, and Ireland.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) 💖
As a global, remote company, diversity is intrinsically woven into our DNA. Our CEO, Sid Yadav, articulates our core hiring philosophy: to find talent in underserved and underrepresented corners of the world, set them up for extraordinary success, and fundamentally change their lives for the better.
We back this mission by offering competitive U.S. benchmarked compensation, irrespective of an employee’s location. We actively and proactively seek candidates whose diverse backgrounds, cultures, and lived experiences enrich and expand the perspective of our global teams.
