About the Job: Account Manager, Gurgaon 🤝
As an Account Manager on the Acquiring team, you are the cornerstone of our merchant relationships. This role is highly strategic, focused on fostering growth and ensuring long-term success for Unlimit’s key partners. You will be reporting directly to Unlimit’s Head of Account Management and will be based in our dynamic **Gurgaon Office**.
Your Partnership & Growth Focus:
- Strategic Relationship Building: Cultivating robust, forward-looking relationships with our diverse merchant portfolio.
- Needs Assessment: Deeply understanding the merchant's business needs and unique pain points.
- Growth Facilitation: Working in direct partnership with merchants to continually identify and facilitate avenues for growth and performance optimization.
- Bespoke Service: Delivering a unique, personable, and high-touch service experience that exceeds expectations.
