About Aon: Your Global Career Partner
Aon is a global professional services firm providing a broad range of risk, retirement, and health solutions. With over 50,000 colleagues in 120 countries, we empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective risk management and insurance consulting services. As highlighted by industry leaders at Insurance Business Magazine, the insurance brokerage sector continues to evolve with increasing demand for specialized risk management expertise, making this an opportune time to advance your career with a market leader.
Your Strategic Impact
As an Account Executive at Aon, you won't simply sell insurance policies—you'll architect comprehensive risk management solutions that protect and enable business growth for Japanese multinational corporations. You'll function as the control tower orchestrating complex insurance programs across domestic and international markets, collaborating with internal specialists and external partners to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
According to Risk Management Magazine, the integration of traditional insurance solutions with modern risk analytics has become essential for corporate resilience, positioning account executives as strategic advisors rather than transactional sellers.
