Core Function & Impact
The primary purpose of this role is twofold: Manpower Development and Business Delivery. The role involves identifying, recruiting, and rigorously training high-potential individuals for the Direct Sales Team (DST). You will be responsible for meticulous Catchment Mapping to assign optimal territories and ensuring sustained high productivity from the DST channel and the Branch Banking channel. Critically, you will manage the Portfolio Quality (P & HL) for all assigned branches, balancing growth with prudent risk management. The role also requires driving cross-selling initiatives across our vast suite of banking products.
Key Accountabilities and Daily Execution
- Recruitment & Training of Manpower.
- Handholding the DSTs & Driving Productivity.
- Catchment Mapping & Marketing Activities: Define and execute effective marketing strategies, ensuring DSTs organize regular activities and engage with local associations.
- Achievement of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for both DST and Branch channels.
- Ensure the Profitability of Consumer LAP Business by balancing growth with risk management.
- Responsible for maintaining Portfolio Quality and actively managing delinquent cases.
- Monitor and track all sales manager productivity metrics.
Required Candidate Profile
Required Experience
- 5–10 Years of progressive experience in sourcing Business Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), or the MSME business.
- A minimum of 3–5 years of dedicated experience in team handling/management, including recruitment and performance management.
- Must possess a deep, current understanding of the business market and competitor strategies within the base location.
