Role Overview
The Recruitment Relationship Manager serves as a trusted recruitment partner to key business units. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging exceptional talent within the technology and digital domains while maintaining a superior experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Your advisory role extends to analyzing market trends, aligning hiring strategies with business goals, and ensuring recruitment efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple technology roles under strict timelines.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing strategies and networking.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and role requirements.
- Deliver data-backed talent market insights to guide hiring decisions and workforce planning.
- Manage candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and professional guidance.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings to report progress, analyze hiring metrics, and suggest improvements.
- Leverage HR technology tools—ATS, CRM, video interview platforms, and onboarding systems—to optimize efficiency.
- Oversee critical KPIs, including time-to-fill, candidate conversion, hiring quality, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure alignment between recruitment strategies and business priorities, developing strong long-term partnerships.
Qualifications & Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in IT and Technology recruitment, particularly for banking or financial technology domains.
- Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment in high-volume and fast-paced environments.
- Strong relationship-building and client management capabilities at multiple organizational levels.
- Proficiency in sourcing through job boards, social media platforms, and databases.
- In-depth understanding of HR and recruitment practices, including diversity hiring models.
- Hands-on experience hiring for product-based or start-up environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, HR, or related fields.
- Outstanding communication and consulting skills with fluency in English.
- Ability to work independently with a sense of ownership, urgency, and professionalism.

Your day as a Recruitment Relationship Manager begins with reviewing active job requisitions and aligning priorities with hiring managers. You may lead calibration calls, interview candidates for senior technology roles, or analyze pipeline data to anticipate upcoming hiring needs.
