The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist who is fluent in English and either Spanish or Italian to join our growing team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to become a trusted advisor to our retail customers in the precious metals industry—a sector that demands expertise, professionalism, and relationship-building excellence.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers worldwide, ensuring they receive expert guidance throughout their journey with us. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist, your day-to-day activities will include:
- Communicating with international customers through multiple channels, including email, phone, and live chat in English, Spanish, and/or Italian, with German proficiency considered highly advantageous
- Providing expert advice on precious metals products, assisting with order placement, and managing customer accounts with precision and care
- Resolving customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining the highest service standards and ensuring complete satisfaction
- Identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that enhance their overall experience
- Working collaboratively within a multicultural team environment to continuously streamline processes and elevate customer service strategies
- Contributing innovative ideas and insights that help optimize our service offerings and improve operational effectiveness
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Fluency in English plus strong proficiency in Spanish and/or Italian; additional German and/or French language skills are highly valued
- Proven customer service experience, ideally gained in an international, service-excellence-focused environment
