Additionally, we created an AI-powered oral cancer screening solution that has the potential to save countless lives through early detection, particularly in underserved communities where access to specialist healthcare is limited.
For Akasa Airlines: We built a high-performance, scalable backend system and a feature-rich mobile application that powers one of India's newest and most technology-forward airlines. Our solution handles complex operations including flight bookings, check-ins, passenger management, and real-time notifications, all while delivering seamless, intuitive user experiences that have helped establish Akasa as a customer-favorite airline.
For Google: We had the opportunity to advise Google's partner companies on user experience best practices specifically tailored for mobile applications. We developed comprehensive strategies to improve key performance metrics including user engagement, retention rates, session duration, and conversion optimization, helping these companies maximize their mobile presence and business outcomes.
For World Health Organization (WHO): We designed and developed a sophisticated health emergency readiness dashboard that is actively used by health ministries and public health officials internationally. This critical tool contributes to global pandemic preparedness, emergency response coordination, and public health monitoring, helping countries better protect their populations during health crises.
For Triveous (our own ventures): We created Skyro, an innovative audio collaboration platform often described as "Google Docs for audio," which achieved over a million downloads and received international recognition with features on the Google Play Store. We also launched TheOutpost.ai, a rapidly growing platform dedicated to providing comprehensive information, insights, and analysis about artificial intelligence developments, serving thousands of professionals, researchers, and AI enthusiasts globally.

For FREND: We partnered with this impactful nonprofit organization to build a unique offline-first mobile platform that provides sustainable livelihood opportunities to women in over 300,000 villages across rural India. For Novopay and Khoslalabs: We created multiple sophisticated fintech applications serving millions of underbanked and financially underserved users across India. These applications make critical financial services—including payments, transfers, savings, and credit—more accessible, affordable, and user-friendly for those who need them most, contributing to broader financial inclusion efforts.

The Role
As a Fullstack Developer at Triveous, you'll be positioned at the very heart of our product development efforts, playing a crucial role in bringing ambitious visions to life. This isn't a position where you'll be pigeonholed into a single technology stack, confined to one domain, or limited to repetitive maintenance work. Instead, you'll have the opportunity to build and scale sophisticated web and mobile applications across diverse industries, contributing to high-impact AI-driven and technology-focused projects for our portfolio of global partners and clients.
You'll work on genuinely challenging problems that require both technical excellence and creative, innovative thinking. Whether you're architecting highly scalable backend systems capable of handling millions of requests, crafting intuitive and beautiful user interfaces that delight users, optimizing application performance to achieve millisecond response times, or designing elegant APIs that serve as the backbone of complex products, your work will directly impact millions of users worldwide and contribute to projects that genuinely matter to society.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain robust backend and frontend software solutions including complex web applications with rich functionality, intuitive and responsive user interfaces, and well-documented APIs that enable seamless integration between system components and third-party services.

Enhance application performance and scalability by identifying bottlenecks, implementing caching strategies, optimizing database queries, and architecting solutions that can gracefully handle growing user bases, increasing data volumes, and expanding feature sets while maintaining optimal responsiveness and cost-efficiency.

Analyze, investigate, debug, and resolve complex technical issues that arise during development cycles and in production environments, tracing problems across the full stack from frontend rendering issues to backend logic errors to database performance problems.

Create comprehensive technical documentation, including technical requirement documents, architecture diagrams, and API specifications, and conduct thorough feasibility analyses for new features, products, and technical initiatives to guide decision-making and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Participate actively in code reviews by providing constructive feedback to peers and incorporating feedback on your own work, championing best practices around testing, documentation, security, and code quality to maintain high standards across all projects.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, other developers, and stakeholders in a fully remote environment, contributing to a strong culture of knowledge sharing through documentation, internal presentations, and mentoring.

Take ownership of features end-to-end from initial requirements gathering and technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch monitoring and optimization.

Skills & Requirements
Required Experience:
- 2-5 years of substantive work experience in full-stack development environments with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions, working effectively in team settings, and continuously growing technical capabilities.
Core Programming Languages and Frameworks:
- Strong, proven expertise in JavaScript, React.js, and TypeScript for building modern, component-based user interfaces with clean, maintainable code.
- Proficiency in Node.js for backend development, including experience with popular frameworks such as Express, Fastify, Nest.js, or similar technologies.
- Experience with Spring Boot or other enterprise-grade backend frameworks is a valuable plus for Java-based projects.
- Comfortable building complex React applications using modern patterns, including hooks, context API, custom hooks, and state management libraries like Redux, MobX, or Zustand.
- Strong TypeScript skills, including working with advanced types, generics, utility types, and leveraging TypeScript's type system to catch errors early and improve code quality.
Backend Development Expertise:
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles, best practices, and conventions for creating intuitive, well-documented APIs.
- Experience with authentication and authorization patterns, including JWT, OAuth, session management, and role-based access control.
- Knowledge of middleware architecture, request/response lifecycle, error handling strategies, and input validation.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming patterns, promises, async/await, and handling concurrent operations efficiently.
- Experience with microservices architecture, message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka), or event-driven systems is a significant advantage.
Database Knowledge and Skills:
- Hands-on experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar relational database management systems.
- Proficiency in writing efficient SQL queries, using joins, aggregations, subqueries, and common table expressions effectively.
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, or similar document stores and caching solutions.
- Understanding of database design principles including normalization and denormalization, when to apply each approach, and how to model relationships effectively.
- Knowledge of indexing strategies, query optimization, transaction management, and database performance tuning techniques.
- Experience with database migrations, version control for schemas, and maintaining data integrity across application updates.
Computer Science Fundamentals:
- Exceptional understanding of data structures including arrays, linked lists, stacks, queues, trees, graphs, hash tables, heaps, and when to use each for optimal performance.
- Strong grasp of algorithms including searching, sorting, recursion, dynamic programming, greedy algorithms, and graph traversal techniques.
- Ability to analyze time and space complexity using Big O notation and make informed decisions about algorithm selection and optimization.
- Solid foundation in object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and SOLID principles for writing maintainable, extensible code.
- Understanding of memory management, garbage collection, and writing efficient code that minimizes resource consumption.
Problem-Solving and Analytical Abilities:
- Strong analytical thinking and systematic problem-solving skills with the ability to approach complex challenges methodically.
- Capability to break down large, ambiguous technical challenges into manageable, well-defined components and deliverable milestones.

- Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience building inclusive applications that work for users with disabilities.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Datadog, New Relic, Sentry, or similar platforms for tracking application health and performance.
