This involves ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded properly, categorized correctly, and processed in a timely manner. Your attention to detail and understanding of accounting principles will be critical in maintaining the integrity of our financial data.

You'll work with various transaction types including vendor invoices, customer payments, journal entries, and intercompany transactions, ensuring each is handled according to established procedures and accounting standards.

Sub-Ledger Management and Reconciliation

You'll close and reconcile critical sub-ledgers including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Bank accounts, and Intercompany accounts. This responsibility requires systematic approaches to ensuring that subsidiary ledgers agree with general ledger control accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.

Your reconciliation work provides assurance that our financial records are accurate and complete, forming the foundation for reliable financial reporting. You'll develop efficient reconciliation procedures, identify issues proactively, and implement corrective actions when discrepancies are discovered.

Multi-Country Payroll Recording and Reconciliation

You'll record and reconcile payroll for various countries, working with complex multi-jurisdictional payroll data.
