The Company Behind the Products: Building the Future of Business Communication
Every business talks about "better customer conversations." At SaaS Labs, we don't just talk about it—we build the products that actually make it happen.
From JustCall to CallPage to ServiceAgent.ai, we're helping thousands of businesses across the globe communicate more effectively, efficiently, and intelligently with their customers. We're not building incremental improvements; we're creating fundamental transformations in how businesses connect with the people they serve.
Here's where we stand today: With over 300 talented professionals across India, the United States, and beyond, we're at a critical inflection point. Artificial intelligence is fundamentally reshaping business communication, and we're not just riding that wave—we're creating it.
What it's like to work here? Total ownership. We're a team that moves with purpose, builds with genuine ambition, and finds deep satisfaction in seeing our work create real impact for real businesses. We're not bureaucratic, we're not slow, and we're definitely not boring.
If you're already nodding along and feeling excited about what you're reading, then let's start the conversation.
The Flagship Product: JustCall
With JustCall, we're leading the innovation revolution in how sales and service teams connect with their customers—using cutting-edge AI—across calls, texts, emails, WhatsApp, and whatever communication channels emerge next.
It's a sophisticated multichannel communication system that helps over 7,000 customers serve their own customers better. We're talking about 24/7 AI Agents, seamless integrations with the tools businesses already use, and forward-looking features that anticipate where business communication is headed, not just where it is today.
And none of this works without rock-solid IT infrastructure and support. That's where you come in.
About the Role: The Technical Backbone of Our Operations
We're looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer who will own and deliver comprehensive end-to-end technical support across our entire technology ecosystem. This isn't a typical help desk role where you're just resetting passwords and reading from scripts. This is a position where you'll have genuine ownership over critical systems that keep our entire organization running smoothly.
You'll be responsible for access management, user onboarding and offboarding, application support, and infrastructure and network management. In other words, you'll be the person who ensures that every employee at SaaS Labs has the tools, access, and technical support they need to do their best work.
As a key member of our IT team, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders across every department—from sales and support to engineering and leadership—to resolve technical issues quickly, maintain system reliability at all times, and ensure a seamless employee experience that allows everyone to focus on their actual work rather than fighting with technology.
This role demands strong problem-solving skills, hands-on technical expertise that goes beyond theory, and a customer-first mindset adapted to internal customers. You'll be delivering high-quality support in a fast-paced environment where downtime isn't just inconvenient—it directly impacts our ability to serve thousands of customers worldwide.
Location and Schedule: This role is based in our Noida office, and we work on-site four days a week. Why? Because collaboration and quick problem-solving are genuinely best enabled through close teamwork. When a critical system goes down or a complex technical issue emerges, being physically present makes a real difference in resolution speed and quality.
What We'll Count on You For: Your Core Responsibilities
Comprehensive Technical Support
You'll provide end-to-end troubleshooting for desktop systems, applications, and network connectivity across our entire organization. Whether it's resolving hardware failures, diagnosing software conflicts, or fixing OS-related issues across macOS, Windows, and Linux environments, you'll be the go-to expert who can diagnose and resolve problems efficiently.
Hardware and Software Maintenance
You'll install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and mobile devices for our growing team. This includes ensuring timely updates and patches across all operating systems—macOS, Windows, and Linux. You'll manage the full hardware lifecycle from procurement through deployment to eventual replacement, ensuring every device is properly configured and secure.
Network Management and Troubleshooting
You'll support and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/VPN connectivity issues, manage routers, switches, and wireless networks, and maintain secure and stable network operations. When connectivity issues arise—and they will—you'll be the person who can quickly identify whether it's a local issue, a network problem, or something more complex, and resolve it efficiently.
User Training and Documentation
Technical support isn't just about fixing things—it's about empowering users. You'll conduct user training sessions to help employees make the most of the tools available to them. You'll maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and solutions, creating a knowledge base that grows smarter over time. You'll develop user guides for common tools and workflows that reduce repetitive support requests.
IT Asset Management
You'll track and maintain all IT hardware, software licenses, and inventory with meticulous attention to detail. You'll coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, and replacements, ensuring we always have the resources we need without wasteful overspending. You'll know where every laptop is, when every license expires, and what equipment needs upgrading.
Security and Compliance
Security isn't someone else's job—it's everyone's job, and especially yours. You'll implement and monitor IT security policies to protect our systems and data. You'll assist with SOC, ISO, and HIPAA audits, ensuring we maintain compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations. You'll be vigilant about potential security threats and proactive about preventing them.
Access Management and User Lifecycle
You'll manage user access controls across platforms like JumpCloud, Google Workspace, and Slack. You'll oversee the complete onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup for new employees and secure asset recovery and access revocation when employees leave. You'll ensure that the right people have the right access at the right time—no more, no less.
What'll Make You a Great Match: Required Skills and Experience
Educational Foundation
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Alternatively, you have equivalent practical experience that demonstrates your technical capabilities—we value proven skills as much as formal education.
Proven IT Support Experience
You bring a solid background as an IT Support Engineer or Desktop Support Engineer with hands-on expertise in access management, user onboarding/offboarding, and application management. You've done this work before, and you've done it well.
Technical Proficiency Across Platforms
You have strong working knowledge of macOS, Windows, and Linux operating systems. You're comfortable with Google Workspace (GWS), Slack, Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence), and other productivity tools that modern businesses depend on. You can navigate these platforms confidently and troubleshoot issues across all of them.
Systems and Cloud Knowledge
You're familiar with identity and access management platforms like JumpCloud, JAMF, Active Directory, and LDAP. You have exposure to cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. You understand how modern IT infrastructure works in a cloud-first world.
Networking and Troubleshooting Skills
You have a solid understanding of network fundamentals—TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and routing. You can diagnose network issues systematically and resolve hardware and software problems efficiently. You don't just know what buttons to click; you understand why you're clicking them.
Essential Soft Skills
You have excellent communication skills—you can explain technical concepts to non-technical users without condescension or jargon overload. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a genuine customer-first approach, even when your customers are internal colleagues. You're capable of working independently when needed and collaboratively when that's what the situation demands.
Good to Have (But Not Required)
We'd be excited if you have certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, ITIL Foundation, or CCNA/MCSE. Familiarity with automation tools (PowerShell, Bash scripting) is a plus. Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira Service Desk would be valuable. Knowledge of endpoint management solutions (MDM, SCCM, Intune) would set you apart.
Why This Role Matters: The Impact You'll Create
Let's be honest about something important: IT support often doesn't get the recognition it deserves. But here's the reality—when IT works smoothly, entire organizations can focus on their mission. When IT fails, everything grinds to a halt.
You'll be ensuring that 300+ talented people can do their jobs without technical frustrations. You'll be protecting our data and systems from security threats. You'll be building the infrastructure that allows us to grow from 300 people to 500, to 1,000, and beyond.
Every minute of downtime you prevent is time our sales team can spend closing deals, our support team can spend helping customers, and our engineering team can spend building better products. That's real impact.
Because Life's Too Short For Boring Jobs: Our Benefits and Culture
Flexible Time Off
Take time off when you need it. We trust you to manage your energy and schedule responsibly. No complex approval processes, no guilt trips—just genuine trust that you'll take care of yourself so you can take care of our systems.
Results-Oriented Culture
We don't track hours; we measure impact. Work when you're most productive, as long as you show up for your team when they need you. If you can resolve issues efficiently and keep systems running smoothly, we don't care whether you work early mornings or late evenings.
Competitive Compensation
Your pay will reflect your skills, your experience, and the real value you bring to our organization. We believe in rewarding technical expertise fairly and transparently.
Annual Company Gatherings
Once a year, we trade Zoom calls for real hugs and high-fives, gathering somewhere nice and sunny to connect, recharge, and celebrate our achievements together. It's a chance to build relationships beyond Slack messages and technical tickets.
Comprehensive Health Coverage
We provide extensive physical and mental health coverage for you, your partner, and your family. Healthcare shouldn't come with fine print, stress, or surprise bills—we've got you covered comprehensively.
Diversity and Inclusion Commitment
SaaS Labs takes genuine pride in being an equal opportunity employer. We believe diverse teams build better products and create better solutions, which is why we're deeply committed to making hiring and employment decisions free from bias based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, ancestry, disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic. Everyone deserves a fair opportunity.
