About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Telecom Operations & Infrastructure Management

  • Enterprise Voice Platform Leadership: Serve as the primary technical authority for all enterprise voice network platforms, including Avaya Communication Manager, Session Manager, System Manager, and associated telephony infrastructure.
