Role Summary:
This role is an opportunity to be part of Bajaj Auto’s Analytics and Insights team, driving actionable intelligence through data. The Analytics Program Manager will work cross-functionally to deliver key business insights using tools like Power BI, SQL, and AI/ML models. This role requires a balance of technical knowledge and business acumen to support decision-making through meaningful data storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and deliver insights.
Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide ongoing insights to key stakeholders.
Develop and maintain robust SQL queries to support ongoing analysis.
Leverage machine learning models and statistical tools to improve analytics capabilities.
Lead initiatives that improve data governance, quality, and usability across systems.
Collaborate with business, product, and tech teams to align data strategies with business needs.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data analytics, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business analytics, preferably in manufacturing or automotive sectors.
Strong hands-on experience in SQL, Power BI, and AI/ML tools.
Excellent communication and visualization skills to present complex data simply.
