📌 Job Overview
We are looking for a Credit Appraisal – Retail Lending Professional with 7–8 years of experience and a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification to join our Patna team. The role involves evaluating loan applications, analysing financial data, interacting with customers, and ensuring compliance with lending policies. If you have a passion for numbers, a strong decision-making ability, and the drive to achieve results, this position is for you.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Creditworthiness Evaluation: Assess customer income, liabilities, and repayment potential while ensuring compliance with lending norms.
- Customer Interaction: Conduct telephonic discussions, explain loan terms, and resolve queries effectively.
- Documentation & Financial Analysis: Verify salary slips, bank statements, tax returns, and prepare detailed financial reports.
- Loan Recommendation: Create appraisal reports with risk analysis and recommend approval/rejection.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with channel partners and internal teams (operations, compliance, legal, collections).
