Job Summary

The Senior Executive – Dossier Powerhouse plays a vital role in the Global Regulatory Function, managing the preparation, review, and submission of product registration dossiers across multiple geographies. This position is responsible for ensuring that all regulatory documents meet international standards and comply with diverse regulatory requirements in the agricultural industry. The successful candidate will demonstrate precision, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining complete compliance with organizational and governmental standards.

As part of a collaborative global team, you’ll coordinate with cross-functional units including R&D, Product Development, Legal, and Quality Assurance to ensure timely and accurate dossier submissions. This position offers exposure to global regulatory frameworks, requiring a deep understanding of data compilation, technical documentation, and dossier life-cycle management. The role is well-suited for professionals passionate about contributing to sustainable agricultural innovation through rigorous regulatory science and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile, organize, and critically review all documentation required for product registration dossiers across multiple markets.
  • Ensure full compliance with local and international regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather data on product composition, toxicology, efficacy, and safety studies.
  • Prepare technical reports and manage updates or renewals of existing registrations.
  • Monitor global regulatory changes and assess their impact on company submissions.
  • Maintain accurate dossier records using regulatory information management systems (RIMS).
  • Provide proactive support to audits, internal reviews, and regulatory inspections.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: M.Sc. in Agriculture, Chemistry, or Toxicology.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in the agricultural regulatory industry.
  • Skills: Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), report writing, and data presentation.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Soft Skills

You will need exceptional attention to detail, analytical reasoning, and adaptability to work under tight deadlines. The ability to interpret scientific data, manage multiple regulatory dossiers, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across functions is essential.
