- Support our clients by administering their employee benefits programs, serving as a trusted operational partner, and ensuring seamless benefit delivery to thousands of employees
- Process enrollment changes, including new hires, terminations, status changes, life events, and annual enrollment periods, with meticulous attention to accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with insurance carriers and providers submitting eligibility files, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring continuous coverage for client employees
- Manage benefits documentation, maintaining organized records of plan documents, enrollment forms, carrier communications, and audit trails
- Respond to escalated inquiries, providing expert support when complex situations require detailed research and problem-solving
Payroll and Provider File Reconciliation
Ensuring Financial Accuracy:
- Ensure that benefit deductions in payroll and provider files are accurate by conducting comprehensive reconciliation processes that protect both employers and employees from financial errors
- Compare payroll deductions against enrollment records, verifying that employee contributions match their coverage selections and are properly withheld
- Validate provider billing files, ensuring insurance companies bill for correct coverage levels, dependents, and effective dates
