POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an exceptional Technical Project Manager / Technical Delivery Manager to join our Bengaluru team and lead multiple engineering teams working across Development and QA Automation. This strategic leadership role demands someone who can ensure predictable delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across complex, multi-technology projects.

Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to a Senior Manager within the Engineering Delivery organization.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
End-to-End Delivery Ownership
As a Technical Project Manager, you will own comprehensive end-to-end delivery across multiple teams, including Development and QA Automation teams working across diverse technology stacks. Your responsibility encompasses balancing execution excellence, governance rigor, people leadership, and technical direction while ensuring all delivery aligns seamlessly with business priorities, engineering standards, and organizational goals.
You will act as the key interface between engineering teams and leadership, enabling transparency through clear communication, accountability through defined metrics, predictable delivery through robust planning, and continuous improvement through data-driven insights and retrospective learning.
SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENTS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivery and Program Management Excellence
Your core responsibility involves managing and coordinating multiple cross-functional teams, including Development and QA Automation teams, across different technology stacks and platforms. You will own the complete project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring that scope, schedule, cost, and quality commitments are consistently met or exceeded.
Proactive management of risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations across teams and stakeholders represents a critical aspect of this role. You must identify potential roadblocks before they impact delivery, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate appropriately when needed. Ensuring strict adherence to delivery governance frameworks, quality standards, and organizational processes maintains consistency and reliability across all projects.
You will maintain high-quality project artifacts including comprehensive project plans, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, real-time dashboards, and operational reports that provide stakeholders with complete visibility into project health and progress.
People Management and Leadership Development
A significant component of this role involves direct people management for Development and/or QA engineers. Your people leadership responsibilities include:
- Goal Setting and Alignment: Establishing clear, measurable objectives aligned with organizational priorities and individual growth aspirations
- Regular One-on-One Meetings: Conducting meaningful 1:1 discussions that provide support, remove obstacles, and maintain engagement

- QA Automation: Test strategy definition, automation framework selection, CI/CD integration, and quality metrics

- API Testing: Ensuring service contracts and integrations work correctly
- Regression Testing: Preventing defect reintroduction through automated checks
All automation suites must be seamlessly integrated into CI/CD pipelines, providing rapid feedback on code quality and enabling confident releases. You will track and continuously improve test effectiveness metrics, defect leakage rates, and overall release quality indicators, working collaboratively with teams to elevate product quality and release confidence.
Metrics, Reporting, and Stakeholder Communication
Defining, tracking, and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Key Result Areas (KRAs), and delivery metrics across Development and QA teams provides essential visibility into team performance and delivery health. Analyzing delivery and operational data to derive actionable insights enables you to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality systematically.
You will prepare and present:
- Steering Committee (SteerCo) Updates: Executive-level summaries of progress, risks, and strategic alignment
- Executive Dashboards: Visual representations of key metrics and trends
- Status and Risk Reports: Detailed communications on project health and mitigation plans
